The pictures depict the transformation of a Science and Technology museum between 1996 and 2016.
Overall, the museum underwent significant redevelopment during 20 years, with notable expansions in its recreational areas, a vehical segregation area and a new place for solar wind area.
Regarding the picture of the museum in 1996, writing desks were located in the northwest of the museum. From north to south, there was a steam engine exhibition existed between the writing desks area and a diesel engine exhibition. In the bottom left corner of the museum, there was a cafe shop, and the next to it was a reception room. Print room was located in the northeast of the reception room, and above the print room was library. Car park, which is the largest area in the museum, was positioned in the southeast of the museum.
In 2016, in the top left corner of the museum, the writing desks were replaced by new computers, and the library was also relocated to the right side of the computer area. The steam engine exhibition was the only facility which was remained unchanged. The area below the steam engine exhibition, which used to be the diesel engine exhibition, was altered by a electric car exhibition. The cafe shop was flattened to introduced a restaurant, and the reception room was extended. The print room was converted into a digital technology room. Above the digital room, the place where library was before, was a 3D cinema. The right half of the museum had a major change with a new VR room and a new solar wind area. The car park was reduced in size to make space for a bicycle parking area.
