In general, it is noticeable that different trends were observed in all the given categories. While washing machines and color TVs recorded the highest figure of households electronic goods for the whole period, the opposite was true for digital camera in the given nation.
In 2002, washing machines and color TVs were the most common categories among all the given groups, at 97 and 95. In the following years, both of them gradually rose to 98 and 99 in the year 2020 and showed a peak level of household items across all the given trends in New Zealand. The second most popular trend, video recorders, reached 75 at the beginning of the period, after which it declined significantly to 60 by the end of the period.
At the beginning of the period, computers showed an average number of households electronic items, at 50, this was followed by dramatically grew to 78 in the year 2020 in the given country. The least number of households electronic items, cell phones and digital cameras, recorded 20 and 2 across all the given categories in 2002. While cell phones dramatically rose to 80 by the end of the period and changed the second most common trend among all the given groups. By contrast, digital cameras dramatically increased from 2 to 40 in 2020, however, remained the lowest level of households items in New Zealand.
