Overall, it is clear that the road will be expanded. Moreover, facilities will be located inside the road and new ones will be constructed. Also, some new housings will be located in this area.

At present, there is a rural area in the north side of the town that will be destroyed and transformed by the construction of a dual carriageway road in the future. In the north, there is a shop along the main road is predicted to be demolished and replaced by new facilities: shopping centre, bus station, car park will be installed, and houses, which are situated in the south, are planned to increase its number and also will be built in the northwest side.

In addition, school area, which is located in the southwest of the town, is not expected to be changed. Since the number of houses will be enlarged, the park area’s size will be significantly decreased.
