Overall, it can be clearly seen that Islip town is planning to build some buildings around the centre and make some its developments.

To begin, countryside is located on the northeside and its planning to replace with squared pathway, which called dual carriageway. The main road is removed and on its place build other new buildings like bus station, shopping centre, and car park. The right side of the shops planning to constructed new housing. Shops are relocated to the middle of the map. Park is going to be smaller than now. School will not change its location.
