Dear sir/madam

My name is Wayne, living at 108 house, next to your house. I am writing this letter to sorry about the noise from my party.

Yesterday, I and my family invited some friends of mine to celebrate my birthday. I was drunk so I can not control the volume of my speaker. Today, I hear you do not fell comfortable about my party, so I am felling very bad about my situation now. I really sorry about that, I hope you will forget my mistake. I promise I will not let it happens again. Next birthday, I think I will invite my friends to another place instead of my house. I also hope you will come to my birthday to celebrate together.
