Overall, ethanol produciton is a 9-stage process and it is begins with the corn goes into storing. After that, the the milling process begins and then the cooking part starts. When its over, the corn is being fermantated and seperated by liquid. İn the last part, the ethanol is being purified, stored and finally transported.
İn the first step, corn is being stored in a place. When the first step is done, milling process is starting and the corn is getting milled. After that part, the cooking step with some added water starts. After 4 hours, they fermantate the corn for 48 hours straight.
When those steps are done perfectly, the corn should be seperated by liquid and solid. Next, the ethanol purifying proccess begins. After 5 hours, the ethanol is ready for storage. Finally, the only missing thing after storing is the transportation of the product.
