Dear sir or madam,

I am writing this letter to request some information about hotel booking and facilities. I and my family are planning to spend some quality time together in upcoming weekend. We are 4 people in total and would like to book 2 rooms with the best beach side view. We will be staying for 2 days and 2 nights. We are planning to arrive on Friday night and will be checking out on Sunday evening.

I have checked your websites for the prices and activities that you provide, but I have a question about room prices, on the website it shows the weekdays prices, not the weekends, so is it going to be the same? Moreover, I would also like to know more about the activities and interesting amenities that you provide, because the website is does not provide enough information.
