The illustration represents information about how aluminum cans overtook the recycling procedure. Overall, there are seven stages, which commence with throwing away used cans into a recycling bin, culminating in re-utilizing recycled cans and making way to sell them in the UK.
Firstly, cans are gathered into a recycle bin which is used only for aluminum cans before conveying by a lorry on the way to a factory. After transporting them to their destination, they are cleaned, and sorted which are critical for the recycling system. Subsequently, they shredded and compressed respectively which is relatively far from the heating and melting procedure.
This heated and melted substance is rolled which must be approximately 2.5mm to 6mm in thickness. Following this process, rolled metal sheets are ready to recycle. In the final stage, 74% of cans are already recycled, then they are labeled with a certain logo and are ready to reuse in the UK retail market.
