I am writing to make a booking at your hotel and to get some information.

I will be arriving with my parents and my sister. My family and I are planning to stay for the weekend at your hotel to celebrate my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary. We will be staying for three days; we will check in on Thursday, August 23rd, and check out on Sunday the 26th before lunchtime. We would like to book two adjoining rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a private bathroom. We prefer, if possible, a seaside view rooms with balconies; however, since my parents are a little bit advanced in age, for their comfort, we would prefer the rooms to be on the 3rd or 4th floor. Could you please provide information about the total cost, plus a half-board service, and any additional charges for the room preferences we have mentioned?

Additionally, we are interested in exploring as much as possible of the local area during our stay. Are there any activities or places of interest you recommend visiting?

Furthermore, I would like to know if it happened that you would provide a cake to celebrate my parents’ anniversary as a surprise for them.
