The diagram illustrates how aluminum cans are recycled.
In general, there are 7 stages to make aluminum recycled, starting from gathering used cans to reusing them as ready products.
To begin used cans are picked from bins and collected. Secondly, the collection of used cans is lifted with the help of garbage trucks. Once the cans are compiled, they are transmitted for cleaning, sorting, shredding, and compressing before heating and melting processes. On completing the process of heating and melting, they are rolled earlier than recycling procedures. The thickness of the rollers, moreover, is 2.5mm-6mm.
In the next stages, aluminum rollers are sent for recycling operations where they are formed as desired shapes. Lastly, recycled bottles are served for reuse as 74% of aluminum bottles are recycled in the UK.
