Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to confirm if your hotel can make some arrangements for a weekend trip for me and my family.

As our hometown is little far from your seaside hotel,it will take us 5-6 hours to reach there.We will leave our place accordingly and our estimate arrival at your hotel will be on 27 of January around afternoon.We will depart on 29 of January before your checkout time as it is a weekend trip.

We want to stay in a spacious room comprising of a big bed which is good for 3 adults and one teenager or two separate double beds as we want to remember and make this trip enjoyable.It will be amazing if the room has a balcony with a beautiful view,closets and a attached washroom.The cost of the room should be around $2,000-$2,500 as i have my budget but still if you have some good deals i am interested for it.

We love doing adventurous activities like rope climbing,trekking,bornfire etectra.Moreover,we love to explore new places as we are keen to learn about the culture of distinct people.If you can suggest us some activities to do or the places to visit near your hotel it will be great.
