In regards to the information, it can be deduced that the amount of homes in the UK has increased by around 5 million. Furthermore, the percentage of people who are home owners has increased slightly. In the contrary, the percentage of social renting has declined alongside social housing. Additionally, private renting rates have been the same in both years.
