The chart on the right displays the data from 1991, while the one on the left displays data from 2007. The pie charts includes criteria of individuals’ housing status regarding housing owned and rented which are home owner in green, social renting in pink, private renting in yellow and social housing in blue. Information about the number of homes in each year has also been given.

In regards to the information, it can be deduced that the amount of homes in the UK has increased by around 5 million. Furthermore, the percentage of people who are home owners has increased slightly. In the contrary, the percentage of social renting has declined alongside social housing.
