The two maps illustrates the layout of the village of Bunborough now and the future supposed development plans of the site in 2024.

Overall, the area is planned to undergo significant transformation, with the addition of new houses and public facilities. Infrastructure will be improved with the construction of a new road as well as the railway system.

To begin with, the area in the present consists mainly of residential houses located around the road. There’s also shops in the west part of the city and beach with a fishing port in the southern part.

In the future plan, a road connecting the centre of the city with the Lynwichwill be established. The houses that used to be just under the road will be romoved and relocated to the other part. A railway network will be introduced. The area that used to be a fishing port will be replaced with a promenade site .also, the original area of the beach will be removed. New hotels will be constructed.
