Overall, the redevelopment plan aims to modernize the village by adding more amenities, such as railway and transportation, and incorporate hotels and a promenade.
Transportation to the village is going to be facilitated by new infrastructures, like a railway, which will come from Lynwich and will be headed northeast of the village. Additionally, a dedicated train station will be placed next to the railway. In addition, in the present day, there are no extra road from Lynwich, while in autumn 2024, a new road will be added with Lynwich, which will shorten the path for those coming from or going to Lynwich.
Also, some houses will be taken down, and new housing will be constructed in the northeast side of the village. On the east side, there is fishing ports, which will be planned to convert into a promenade. In addition, two hotels will be constructed: one in front of the beach and the other one next to the promenade. However, one space that is not planned to change in the shopping area, which will remain as it currently is.
