Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to let you know that my family and I are planning to spend a weekend at your prestigious seaside hotel. I would request you to kindly make arrangements for us.

We plan to arrive on Saturday morning which is the 20th of December and leave early morning on a Monday which is the 22nd of December. We are a family of three which includes my husband, my daughter, and I. I request you to book a family room for us as we want our daughter to stay with us. I would also like to enquire about the price of the room and what meals are included in the price?

I would appreciate your guidance on places to visit near the hotel and any fun activities happening that weekend. We have heard amazing things about your hotel and staff and are super excited for our stay.
