The graphs shows the average daily temperatures and the number of rainy days per month in two Australian cities: Brisbane and Canberra.
Overall, Brisbane is a warmer city than Canberra. The maximum and minimum temperatures in Brisbane are higher. Even though both cities has a similar temperature pattern with cooler months from April to September, they have different rainfall patterns.
In Brisbane, February is the hottest month when the maximum temperature reaches about 30℃. But in Canberra, the hottest time is from December to February, with a top temperature of around 27℃. July is the coldest month for both cities. In July, Brisbane’s minimum temperature falls to around 10℃, but in Canberra it drops to nearly 1℃.
Brisbane gets the most rainy days from December to April, with February and March having about 14 rainy days each. Canberra, however, experiences its highest number of rainy days from June to August, with around 10 days per month.
In summary, Brisbane is warmer and gets more rain in summer while Canberra is colder and gets more rain in winter.
