The provided pictures illustrate the various stages and tools involved in the production of the cast.
Overall, the procedure is linear, and consists of a series of stages. As can be seen, the process encompasses eight primary stages, commencing with the mining of the rock which contains different raw materials, and culminating in the final production of cast.
In the initial phase, the rock which contains lead and oth metal is extracted from the ground using industrial machines. Subsequently. the rock is loaded onto trucks and delivered to the dedicated facility in which the real production of it starts. The rock is crushed using water and, then some amount of pine oil, water, and the rock are added designated tank in which they are blended together. After they have been mixed together in the tank the resulting of the filtering process is then filtered. The filtering is followed by refining.
In the refining step the mixture is heated to 1400 by using specialized equipment to melt lead and other waterials while evoprating waste gas.In the next stage the combination of melted metals are seperated and the other metals are removed from the mixture. The last step includes casting to shape it into the final form.
