The diagram illustrates the nine stages involved in the manufacturing of lead.
Overall, the process of lead production begins with mining the rock mining, transporting, crushing and mixing and ends with refining separating and casting to get a ready for use lead blocks.
Initially, rocks containing lead and oth metal are mined from underground. After that, they are transported to the factory by trucks. In the factory, the rocks are crushed using a machine and water is used to reduce the dust produced from crushing. The crushed rocks are then transferred into a tank filled with water and pine oil. The latter is connected to a filtering device.
In the following stage, the filtered lead and metals are transferred again into another container and heated at 1400 degree Celsius. Waste gas is emitted and melted lead and other metals are produced. Subsequently, the lead is separated from other metals which are wasted and the lead is kettled and casted to get the final product.
