Overall, the procedure consists of eight distinct stages and can be divided into three certain sets: initially, the rock is mined and transported to the factory, followed by multi-stage process, before finally being casted.
At the outset of the operation, the rock, which contains lead and other metals, is mined. Subsequently, it is transported to the factory. Before undergoing a multi-stage procedure, the mined rock is crushed and undergone intensive washing. Afterwards, the crushed rock is mixed with water and pine oil in a specialized tank. Once this step is completed, the mixture is filtered before being refined.
Following this, the process continues with a heating stage at 1400 degrees with evaporating waste gases. Next, a melted lead is separated from waste and other metals. The sequence concludes when the finished melted lead is finally casted in a kettle.
