The above bar chart shows the participation among adults across some of the most popular sports as a comparison between counts of participants in 1997 and 2017.

Overall It is obvious that the intrest in sports has increased, people in 2017 participate more among different sports. This may be due to ease of accessing these sports as nowadays it is way more easy to get access to the sport you like.

Although Tennis was popular then it is obvious that it has slightly increased, as known tennis is king’s game as rackets may be somehow expensive, another important reason for this slight increase is the rise of Padel tennis and similar games.

Cricket is the only game that has it’s participants count to drop, rather than that all other games have been more popular or at least wasn’t affected neither positvely nor negatively.

Also the ease of accessing the sport and it’s facilities is a key point that determines whether it will be more popular or will it diminish.
