Overall, the fruit is harvested approximately 12 months, then divided into three categories ” juice, canned pineapplae and export” to make it up.
The process commences with planting crown and this is heated up at temperatures between 23-30 C. It takes seven months to grow. After seven month, the ethaline is applied to make it fresher. In the next stage, five month wiil be waited to see the matured pineapple. It grows to 30cm in height and reaches a weight of 2kg.
In the second step, all pineapples are washed to make it clean and ready to send three categories. Firstly, pineaples sent to an excator to produce juice. In the next category, it should be canned pinaple. To make it like this, the process involves cutting and chopping. After pineapple is slcied, it canned. Finally, pineapple is washed, it packed into crates and sent for export.
