It is clear that this area was significantly improved with a lot new different facilities. Overall, there are three new car parks around the river and above it built the foot bridge and the road bridge which on the one hand leads straight to the city, and on the other hand to the houses(Assford, Apartment).
On the corner there were a trees that were removed but planned to grow the new one’s by 2010. Additionaly, in these area were built a lot of small houses and three big apartments which are very useful for individuals to live.
In conclusion, now there is a nice place to live and unwind because it is not in the city and the fresh air is available.
