The line graph below illustrates the number of examinations received from one city’s Tourist Information office throughout a six-month period in 2011.
Overall, it is clear that most requests were collected offline way, in contrast, the queries gained by letters or emails fell steadily each month.
Firstly, requests attained by phone were at nearly 900 mark, in the following month it fell to 800, but then increased to 1000 in March and remained stable for one month, they began to rise gradually hitting a 1600 sign in june. Investigations received by letters halved. At the begining it was just under the 800 index, it was marginally dipping before march where it was at roughly 700; however, it started plummeting dramatically, consequently, just below 400 mark, and it lasted unchanged until June.
On the other hand, the number of probes were received in person, experienced only growth. Despite being the lowest number just above 400 indicator, it surprassed other two and was the first to exceed the 1800 benchmark in June.
