The line graph illustrates a lot of enquiries sent to the Tourist Information Office in a perticular city via three means of communication, between january and june in 2011.
Overall, it is clear that visitors of the city made more enquiries in person and via telephone, while written letters became least common choices. Additionally the number of enquiries in human experienced the most dramatic change among the different options.
In january, the tourist information office recieved 900 telephone enquiries, while just below 800 letters and email were recieved. Some tourists choice to ask information in person, with above 400 quiries. Over the next three months the telephone still remained most popular way to inquiry, at approximately 1000 enquiries.
Mean while a lot of enquiries in person saw considerable growth to 800, surpassing the figure emails and postal quiries. From march to june, enquiries in person were most common method of inquiry. By june, the number of in person enquiries soared by more than 1000 to peak at 1900.
