Overall, while the number of enquiries by telephone and in person rose, that of letter or email fell over a six month period. In addition, the figure of enquiries were received in person consistently accounted for the highest number of the chart.
The number of enquiries in person recorded the lowest number in January, around 450 enquiries while that of telephone recorded the highest figure. From January to March, the number of enquiries in preson increased slightly, to nearly 800 enquiries before rising significantly to approximately 1900 enquiries in the last month. Over six month, the number of enquiries by telephone showed a fluctuate before rising gradually to approximately 1600 enquiries in June.
According to the number of enquiries by letter/email had a minimal delcined from about 770 enquiries in January to about 590 enquiries in May, followed by a remained stable to the end of the period.
