The line graph illustrates how many requests sent to Tourist Information office in a particular city via three means of communications, between Jan and June in 2011.

As can be seen from the graph,the pecentage of inquiries via telephone and in person increased dramatically,for comparison figure for email sent request to travel agency decreased and became the lowest communication over the period.

In January, people using the telephone showed a highest rank accounted for 900 enquiries. At the same time, the number of requests via telephone and in person were about 400 and almost 800 respectively.

It is clear that,In term of using telephone ,after decresing by 100 inquiries ,also rising gradually to 1400 enquiries. Between Feb and Mar ,The number of resquests via in person intersected the letter but after that the former climbed to the top of 1900 supass the telephone to become the highest request end of the period ,the later fell to less than 400 inquiries in June
