I hope your are doing well, I am writing to you, my complain because I signed up for a gym membership a few months ago in your gym but I saw that some machines is not very good and your personel training not given a good service for examples, your Instructors not given a good routine every day.
Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the facilities and services of your gym since is necesary preventive maintenance your special equipments for bring to major compromise with the clients.
Finally, I recommend to you that the members of your team given more tiempo with the costumers and training about the gym bussines because is of the most importance for the sake of your perssonel.
