Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about the issues, I have been experiencing since i joined the gym.

Few months back, I signed up for a gym membership and there have been certain issues related to equipment and hygiene on a daily basis. For instance, the yoga mats are in bad condition, the treadmills are not working properly due to voltage issues, and some of the dumbbells are missing.

Moreover, the equipments have alot of dust, there is no proper place for the storage of essentials, bathrooms are not clean after every use, and lack of sanitizer in the exercise area.

Despite charging every month for cleanliness, these conditions must be taken into an account to improve the overall condition. I would appreciate it if you could replace or repair the damaged equipment and improve your services by ensuring adequate staff supervision and cleanliness at your earliest convenience.
