Dear Manager,

I am writing to complain about the problems I have faced and my overall experience while being signed up for the gym membership.

Recently, I was excercising in the gym in the usual hours I come, and experienced a situation where 2-3 youngsters were trying to break into the gym and were threatening the front desk staff. Since, the members of your services only come to the gym to work on their body and decompress from their day, I believe this incident to be disturbing for a lot of members because safety is non-negotiable. I have been anxious while working out in the gym ever since.

I would like to suggest you to have a security guar present at all times, so that the staff, as well as the members of the gym, feel and be safe during their time in the gym. If that is not possible at this time, you can install a gym member car reader at the entrance so that the people who do not have access to the services, caannot break in.

I look forward to your response, and trust you to take suitable action in this situation.
