Dear VivaGym manager,
I am contacting you to address the following issue: I have had not such a great time during my experience at VivaGym, the “Plaza Del Sol” facility. The most relevant problem is the lack of compliance with hygenic standards: I would expect the gym to set a mandatory policy to use towels on all machineries and equipment, especially on benchs. Less disturbing, yet still impactful, is the lack of professionalism of the staff: I have noticed their priority is not helping individuals and monitoring their technique to prevent injuries but rather to be playing group minigames on their phone the whole day; I think this issue could me more problematic than the hygenic standard one to some extent, thank god I am experienced enough so that I don’t hurt my self while training. It really is up to you on what to do with this… I would suggest you either change staff or implement, desing or force them to take training courses on how to be a gym staff member. The less important feature I have noticed to be missing is music, I personally believe it to be quite boring to train with no music or podcasts, however i can see how this is not worrying and rather an organizational choice.
I wish this letter finds you well, litterally, as I don’t mean to have sound critiquing but rather to serve as a feedback and potential growth source.
Yours sincerely, Francesco
