I hope this letter finds you in good health. I recently joined Fitness Hub . My name is Zoha and membership number is 123456. There are some issues I face during workout at gym. Starting with the yoga mats, they are quite untidy. Moreover, the string of rowing machine is also broken for many days. Another issue is I hardly find a place in cardio classes as they are always full. Last but not the least, some lights of the gym are not working.
Kindly make sure the yoga mats are replaced at the earliest so that the members do exercise on a clean mat. Also, make sure the rowing machine’s string is repaired. The good management of cardio classes is crucial. Kindly introduce some more classes so that all members are able to benefit. Lastly, change the fused lights of the gym as it will reduce the drabness of the place.
Dear David, make sure in future to regularly visit the gym sections. It will help to improve facilities of the place. Interaction with the members is the key. I hope you will take actions on my recommendations.
