Dear Abdusalom;

My name is Abduvali and i have been membering of your gym for a year and from this letter i am going to tell you about decrease in the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.

Last week, i came gym to workout after training two hours, you know, i have to take a shower, however there was not hot water in bathroom so that is why changing room’s smell was disgusting because no one took a shower that day. I also want you to introduce heating system beacause inside is as cold as outside.

I hope you will find solutions for these problem soon because i do not want to attend another gym, i like your gym for it is located near my home or you might be lose your gym memebers.
