Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the untidyness of the gym and a large number of equipment being defective in a regular basis.

I am sorry to say, but several places remain dirty most of the time such as, the sitting area, Dip station and front area. I think nobody is cleaning this spot where I can see dirt and several packets of foods. Along with that, there are malfunctioning equipment like treadmill, dumbbell, and some pieces of stone too all around the gym.

I come gym in the morning to be fresh and to do exercise, but because of this I am not able to concentrate in my things. Whenever, I tried to use some equipments it says out of survice which really make me disappointment.

If it possible then can you please try to resolve this problem. Try to keep gym neat and clean all the time. Also, can you try to repair all the default equipment. So that, we can use whatever things we want to use.
