Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service that was recently rendered to me by at The Ifitness Hub gym center on June 28th.
Upon my arrival at the facility, I faced several issues with the threadmill machine as it was a tad inadequate for my running routine. It was also reported to be due for its monthly servicing, according to the manager, which ultimately affected my overall workout experience.
Furthermore, I’d like to also lay complaints on the booking schedule at the establishment, as the classes are now always frequently fully booked, leaving no space for newcomers like myself to come in for my Yoga exercises.
To make up for this, I’d appreciate it if the inappropriate equiments and machines be replaced with the right ones, as well as old ones be replaced with the new. In addition, I’d also suggest better planning for classes in order to allow new members join in on the gym sessions.
Yours Faithfully,
Frank Itobe
