I am writing this letter to express my interest in moving to another department within the company for my future career growth.

Learning is an important part of every job. I have learned communication and interpersonal skills while working in your company. Moreover, my development skills in backend languages such as PHP have also improved during this time.

Currently, I am working as a frontend developer in your firm. As my knowledge of server-side coding has improved, I believe I can contribute more to the company by working as a backend developer. This change would be beneficial for both my career development and the overall growth of the company.

Furthermore, although I have the option to join another company, I do not wish to leave because I have gained valuable experience here. I would like to continue contributing to this organization and grow within the same company.
