Dear Sir or Madam,
I am thankful for completing two successful years as Continuous Improvement Engineer at ABC brands. While this was a great learning experience, I believe I would be able to contribute efficiently and effectively as Automation Engineer in the Engineering department of the company.
To start with, I would like to appreciate your support throughout my tenure, which not only helped me in improving my technical skills, but also shaped me in an effective communicative individual. Continuous Improvement is a vast domain in manufacturing, and I believe we have the best team and leaders who foster the newly joined employees in learning about key performance indicators of the manufacturing plant. One instance that exemplifies this is the recent Hoshin review, where I learnt about how to direct project goals into measurable and actionable parameters.
Coming to the point, in consideration to my Master’s degree in Automation and Smart Systems, I will be able to bring more value and experience to the Automation team. Since I have deep understanding of the plant health performance indicators, I can actively automate recurring tasks and manual machine operations for improving plant performance. This will facilitate the recent digital transformation program introduced by the company, as well as it will give me a platform to showcase my core competencies.
To add more, ABC brands has provided the best cultural and diversified experience from the early stage of my career. I wish to work for the same organization as I have made great connections within different departments of the company. I would appreciate your support and recommendation in transitioning from Continous Improvement Engineer to Automation Engineer role.
Kind regards,
John Smith
