I am writing this letter to share my worst experience in grand hotel that you booked for meeting.
However, my excitement about the hotel was turned into disappointed by the bad quality of which negatively impacted my performance. I had to rely on my personal hotspot to complete all the required tasks.Additionally,air conditioning was also major issue during meeting.Because, it was not work properly and develophumuidly in the room that made me uncomfortable.
To solve this issue,I believe that the hotel should be informed about these issues so that they can take suitable action and in future, no one face similar problem during their stay at this hotel. I look forward to your prompt response.
