Dear Sir,

This is to bring you in the kind consideration that I went to London, Ontario to attend the company annual meeting which took place in Marriott hotel on 18th of october, 2024 which was monday as I have to present the meeting so to prepare, I came one day before and stayed at a hotel in the room 201 which is right next to stairs.

Im sorry to inform you that I am very dissatisfied with my stay as the room was not properly clean when I entered and after calling room service they came after 2 hours to attend me and there were loud music going on to my next door in room 202 which kept me up all night.

This is my humble request please take care of this next time, and check the condition of the rooms before arrival of the guest.
