I am writing to share my experience at The Grand Palace hotel during my recent two-day stay for an overseas conference with my team lead. The hotel is located in the beautiful city of Delhi, offering a tranquil atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery.
However, my excitement about the hotel was dampened by the inadequate network quality, which negatively impacted my performance. I had to rely on my personal hotspot to complete all the required tasks before the meeting. Additionally, the en-suite bathroom was not as clean as I had anticipated. These issues need significant attention before any future arrangements can be made.
On a positive note, I found the staff members to be very friendly and approachable. I strongly believe that the hotel should be informed about these concerns as soon as possible so that they can address them.
