Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from 12th to 14th April. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expected based on your reputation.

Firstly, the room I was allocated was not properly maintained. There was dust on the furniture, and the bedsheets appeared to be stained, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable. In addition, the air conditioning unit was not functioning, making the room extremely uncomfortable, particularly at night.

Furthermore, I reported these issues to the reception staff on the first evening; however, no effective action was taken. Although I was assured that the problems would be resolved promptly, nothing was done during my stay. As a result, I was unable to rest properly and my overall experience was significantly affected.

Given the inconvenience caused, I would appreciate it if you could offer a partial refund or provide compensation in the form of a complimentary stay in the future. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and ensure that similar issues do not occur again.
