Dear Manager,

I am writing to give you some feedback about my recent stay at your hotel. I chose your hotel because it is close to the city center and the price was reasonable. I also read some good reviews online, so I wanted to try it.

During my stay, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. I felt safe and relaxed, and I liked the quiet atmosphere.

However, I had a small problem with the air conditioner. It was a little noisy at night, and sometimes it did not work well. I think it would be better if the hotel could check the machines more often. Also, the Wi-Fi was slow, so I could not use my laptop easily.

Overall, I had a good experience, and I would recommend your hotel to my friends.
