Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about the family stay in your seaside hotel, the Panaroma. I would appreciate further assistance regarding the stay for the next weekend.

To begin with, we will be reaching to the venue on Friday the 10th of May around 10:30 in the morning. We are considering to have breakfast after arrival as my wife and I do not prefer food on flights. It would be great to learn more about available options regarding breakfast. Also, we will be staying through the weekend and would like to check out on Sunday between 5 to 6 in the evening. Can you also provide information about drop-off services to the airport?

Regarding the type of room, we are family of 5. So, a big room would be a preference. Also, we have a pet cat with us and would like to learn more about how pets are handled in the premises. Given that, to choose best match for my conditions, can you send detailed options of available rooms with their pricing?

Furthermore, please include list activities offered as my children are very fond of swimming. Additionally, it would be great of have some information about the surrounding area of the hotel. For example, great coffee places or an art gallery.
