Dear sir or madam,

I am writing to make arrangements for a weekend getaway for my family and I at seaside hotel.

Our time of arrival will be at 10.30pm on Friday, the 14th of August 2026 and we plan to leave on the morning of the 17th of August 2026. It is a weekend my family has been looking foward to having for a long time and we plan to make the best out of it. I would like to book an en-suite family room with two double standard beds.

Additional, I would appreciate if a breakdown cost of the weekend trip can be sent to my email attached to this letter. It should include the cost of the room per night, meal plans all through the trip, activities to look foward to during the weekend stay, places we can visit around the hotel and it should also include fun activities for children.

I look foward to a feedback as soon as possible as we have just a week to plan.
