Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this to inquire about the services, rooms cost for the weekends, places, and activities near at seaside hotel.

Me and my family are planning to make an appointment at seaside hotel. However, I had a few questions before I book a room accommodation. I have a time to consider that we are leaving on Thursday afternoon and we will arrive at Friday morning. Firts, I would like to arrange for our room, which is why I would like a family room to cater us, and especially with two beds, one for my parents and the other is for me and my brother. Secondly, I would like to know how much the cost of the room in weekends, therefore I could prapare extra money. Moreover, what activities are available, held near in the hotel as well as the places to visit that could make our vacation memorable.
