Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to visit the seaside hotel on next weekend. We have a big day for our family.

I have large family of 6 persons. It will be great if you have 3 rooms for us. One room for me, my wiwe and our 3 years old son. The second room for my mother, Nothign specific, just one bedroom room. And the last one for my wife’s parents. They need a room on the ground floor because my mother in law is after the surgery and she won’t be able to use stairs. A very important reuirement is each room should have a private bathroom. It will be appricieated if the price for a such request will be provided in advance. The target arrival time is 4 PM. Let us know if it is possible to have a late check out around 6 PM on Sunday.

I have heard there is a possibility to get the information of upcoming events for a weekend. Would you mind to share it with us?
