Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to inform you about an extra room in my apartment, which I would like to rent out to a student from your university.

My apartment is situated on the 17th floor of the building, and it has two bedrooms, one big balcony, and kitchen in it. A washer and dryer for laundry are also installed in the suite for residents convenience. Not only this, but the building has several indoor facilities, such as a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a theater, and many more for entertainment purpose.

The main reason for renting this apartment to a student is that it is located very close to the University of Windsor; therefore, it would be convenient to commute. In addition, it will also beneficial for me to share my expenses with a tenant, as I also need to save some money to fulfil my basic needs along with my tution fees.

Lastly, I would prefer to rent out this suite to a person who is vegetarian, as it would be comfortable for us to share our groceries with each other. Moreover, renting a room with the student who is studying in the HR field would be fruitful to share our ideas and knowledge.
