Dear sir/medam

respectfull, i am writting to you that i want to rent my spare room to the student of your college. The room is in good condition and all the fundamantal accessreies are availabal in this room and have very aiery enviournment in which a student can comfortabaly continue their studies.

But before the rental process i have a rental agrement which include the rent and timmimgs for the student like, i want to take two month rent in advance and when the student leave the room the room should be in the same situation as i will give to the student. student must fallow the timetable of all the society and i am sure this will not distrube the students studies.
