dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to notify you regarding my vacant apartment, and I am planning to rent my existing apartment, which is located in the Northern Street, King Road, Surrey, on the 14th floor .

I am renting this apartment because I am migrating to USA, as I got transferred from my current company. Moving to USA will benefit me and my family considerably. Moreover, my company is also providing me free accommodation nearby to my workplace, owing to the fact that making me rent my current property.

I would like to rent my home to working employees, as they are more mature, decent, and are able to maintain cleanliness. I am expecting my rent around 1,200 to 1,500 dollars. It has two bedrooms with detached bathrooms and a huge well-ventilated kitchen. Moreover, the sunset and sunrise views from balcony are breathtaking. I would also request you to verify the criminal background of tenants before allocating them keys. I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
