Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to inform you about an extra room in my apartment, which I would like to rent it out to a student from your university.

My apartment is situated on the 17th floor of the building, and it has two bedrooms, one big balcony, and kitchen in it. Washer and dryer for laundry are also installed in the suit for residence’s convenience. Not only this, but the building has several indoor facilities, such as a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a theater, and many more for an entertainment purpose.

The main reason for renting this apartment to student is that it is located very close to the university of Windsor; therefore, it would convenient to commute. In addition, it will also beneficial for me to share my expenses with tenant, as I also need to save some money to fulfil my basic needs along with my tution fees.

Lastly, I would prefer to rent out this suit to a person who is vegetarian, as it would be comfortable for us to share our groceries with each other. Moreover, renting room with the student who is studying in the HR field would be fruitful to share our ideas and knowledge.
