Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform accommodation facility that I have a one bedroom vacant in my two BHK flat. My flat is just around the Campus. In clean and quit environment due to which students could concentrate on their academic learning. There are two playgrounds, a gym and a small shopping mall which might be easy for students to buy stationary.

This is my own apartment in which I live in one bedroom, and another is vacant. Mostly I am on business trips as a result whole apartment is spare. So I thought to give one room to a student is not only helpful for me to have a company but also for the educator. Who needs quite place for study.

This room is available for students on campus as well as off campus schoolers who works part time. The rent is also convenient for students.
